Talent Lead

About the role

Adaptyv is building an automated lab that connects AI agents with physical biology experiments. As Talent Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process and shape the talent function as the company doubles from 25 to 50 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Define hiring needs with hiring managers across protein science, lab automation, software, and product teams.
• Write, post, and manage job advertisements for highly specialised roles.
• Source, assess and interview candidates, ensuring a deep understanding of both scientific and engineering skill sets.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for diverse talent pools, from biochemists to backend engineers.
• Partner with founders and senior leaders to build a scalable talent organization.
• Maintain a strong employer brand and provide a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for technical and scientific positions.
• Ability to understand and evaluate work of biochemists, engineers, and software developers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in Lausanne or willing to work onsite.
• Self‑starter who can operate independently without a recruiter‑style requisition list.
