About the role

Join a leading professional services firm in Zurich as a Tax Accounting & Risk Advisory Consultant. You will operate at the intersection of tax and assurance, advising national and international banks and insurers on complex tax reporting, function redesign, and technology‑driven transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and primary contact for clients on complex direct tax accounting matters.
• Lead tax audits for international groups and Swiss entities, integrating tax and audit perspectives.
• Support clients in transforming their tax functions through process, data, and technology solutions.
• Develop expertise in BEPS Pillar 2 and assess its impact on audit and advisory engagements.
• Manage client portfolios end‑to‑end, overseeing planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop team members to foster a high‑performing, collaborative culture.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of experience in tax accounting, tax audit, or a comparable role, preferably in a Big 4 or international consulting environment.
• Strong background in Swiss and international corporate tax, with proven experience in the Swiss tax market.
• Professional fluency in German and English.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, strong project‑management skills, and openness to innovation.
