About the role
Remote enables companies to hire, pay, and manage international teams, tackling global employment compliance. As a Tax Analyst (Direct Tax) you will work on corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, gaining exposure to major international tax developments.
Key responsibilities
- Report to the International Tax Manager and assist in controlling corporate tax compliance tasks for all Remote entities worldwide.
- Collaborate with tax advisors to prepare and submit corporate tax reports and returns.
- Analyze sensitive corporate tax topics, ranging from compliance issues to worldwide tax planning.
- Ensure sustainable compliance with tax authorities in every operating country.
- Assess and discuss risk positions arising in corporate tax compliance.
- Support tax audits and inspections globally.
- Monitor changes in tax law across EMEA, APAC, North America, and Central/South America.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field, preferably with a postgraduate or Master’s degree in Taxation.
- At least 4 years of corporate tax compliance experience, consultancy background a plus.
- Proven advisory and compliance experience across direct taxes, including cross‑border matters, tax treaties, and transfer pricing.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of recent tax topics such as OECD Pillars 1 & 2 and DSTs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English (additional languages a plus).
- Remote‑work experience considered a plus.
