Tax Manager – Expert Opportunity ($80/hr)

About the role

Ethos is seeking experienced tax managers to help train a cutting‑edge language model on professional presentation and slide‑deck tasks. This fully remote, flexible engagement allows you to work on your own schedule while contributing to AI‑driven tax communication tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated presentation decks covering tax structuring, technical position summaries, client advisory slides, reform impact analyses, and tax provision communications.
• Ensure all materials meet client‑ready standards and accurately convey complex tax concepts.
• Collaborate with the AI research team to provide feedback that improves model performance on tax‑related content.

Required profile

• CPA, JD, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience at a top tax practice (e.g., Big Four).
• Proven ability to communicate complex tax positions in client‑ready materials.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide‑deck craftsmanship with strong attention to detail.
