Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our Corporate Legal & Tax team of seven professionals at our headquarters in Pfäffikon. You will support the Head of Tax in managing international tax matters for LGT Capital Partners’ global operations and help ensure compliance with evolving international tax requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax filings, including corporate income tax, VAT and Swiss stamp duty.
• Implement and maintain Pillar II / OECD Global Minimum Tax requirements, coordinating documentation and compliance processes.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors and tax authorities in Switzerland and internationally.
• Support the tax, legal and transfer pricing functions in day‑to‑day operations.
• Act as a key point of contact for structuring, finance and accounting teams across international offices.
• Provide guidance and ensure consistent tax practices across the organization.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Finance or Economics, preferably with a tax qualification (e.g., Swiss Certified Tax Expert).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate taxation and tax compliance/reporting, either in a law firm, consulting environment or in‑house.
• Familiarity with international tax frameworks and recent developments; experience with Pillar II / OECD Global Minimum Tax is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Swiss corporate tax regulations; exposure to other jurisdictions is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
• Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and collaborative spirit.
