Tax Manager

About the role

Our client, a globally active industrial business, is seeking a Tax Manager to take ownership of tax matters at a group level. You will work closely with senior stakeholders in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment focused on growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions and support the development of forward‑looking tax strategies.
• Oversee transfer pricing frameworks and guarantee alignment with international regulations.
• Lead tax reporting processes and act as the primary contact for auditors and tax authorities.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, audits, and cross‑border projects.
• Manage selected treasury topics, including liquidity planning, foreign‑exchange exposure, and banking relationships.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field; additional tax qualifications are a plus.
• Strong expertise in domestic and international tax; treasury exposure is advantageous.
• Several years of relevant experience in an international corporate or consulting environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
