Team Leader, Enterprise Collaboration & Voice Solutions

About the role

Lead and develop the Enterprise Collaboration & Voice Solutions team at Julius Baer, ensuring reliable, secure and cost‑effective delivery of collaboration and communication services globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of engineers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure stable, secure and efficient operation of global collaboration and voice services.
• Own service delivery and continuous improvement for platforms such as Microsoft Exchange, secure e‑mail, Cisco Call Manager, Webex and Confluence.
• Define team priorities, allocate resources and manage capacity to meet business objectives.
• Support budget planning, cost control and financial forecasting.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts and license compliance.
• Drive technology lifecycle management, upgrades and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Several years of IT infrastructure operations and service delivery experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Cisco Unified Communications, Webex, Confluence and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks, budget planning, vendor and contract management.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
