Team Leader, EU Order Desk

About the role

As the Team Leader of the EU Order Desk, you will guide the daily retail and B2B order operations across Europe while staying hands‑on with order management tasks. You will ensure smooth, accurate execution of sales processes, collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the EU Order Desk team, balancing workloads and setting priorities.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and escalations.
• Coach and develop team members, monitor KPIs and service levels.
• Handle EU retail and B2B orders in the ERP system, manage returns, claims, and customer‑related topics.
• Create invoices, release deliveries, and follow up shipments.
• Monitor pre‑payments and support invoicing processes.
• Maintain customer master data, pricing conditions, and product data in ERP.
• Support price‑list updates, ensure pricing accuracy, and maintain product catalogues for webshops.
• Provide stock updates and assist with webshop order handling.
• Participate in reporting activities and data collection (e.g., SAP‑based reporting).
• Identify inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and leverage AI‑enabled tools where appropriate.

Required profile

• Strong experience in sales operations, order management, or logistics processes.
• Proven ability to lead, guide, or coordinate a team.
• Hands‑on mindset with willingness to support daily operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a structured way of working.
