Team Leader IT – Infrastructure & Services

About the role

SWISS Aviation Software is seeking a proactive Team Leader IT to ensure a reliable, high‑performance infrastructure that keeps the company operating at its best. You will lead a skilled team, drive continuous improvement, and act as the primary point of contact for all IT and service‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the team’s operational goals and objectives.
• Plan projects, schedule resources, and manage team capacity.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external technology providers.
• Ensure adherence to department and company policies and procedures.
• Serve as the main contact for IT and service issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on IT experience.
• Fluent English; additional languages, especially German, are a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and conflict‑handling skills.
• Proactive, reliable, solution‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and coaching abilities.
