Team Leader of Enterprise Collaboration & Voice Solutions

About the role

Lead and develop the Enterprise Collaboration & Voice Solutions team at Julius Baer, ensuring reliable, secure and cost‑effective delivery of collaboration and communication services worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide people leadership, service excellence, budget planning and vendor/contract management for platforms such as Microsoft Exchange, secure e‑mail, Cisco Call Manager, Webex and Confluence.
• Ensure stable, secure and efficient operation of global collaboration and voice services, drive continuous improvement and manage technology lifecycle including upgrades and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; several years of experience in IT infrastructure operations and service delivery, including leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Cisco unified communications, Webex, Confluence and Microsoft SQL Server, and experience with ITIL‑based service management.
