About the role

You will lead the Electrical Cabinet Assembly team of about 10 employees, overseeing both technical execution and people development. The role ensures high quality, safety compliance, and on‑time delivery of assembly orders while supporting continuous improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

Manage technical and people aspects of the assembly team, fostering skill development and knowledge retention.
Guarantee high quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate assembly orders from planning through delivery, meeting cost and deadline targets.
Support day‑to‑day operations and drive departmental improvement projects.

Required profile

Completed a technical apprenticeship, preferably as an Automation Technician or similar.
Leadership or people‑management qualification is a plus.
Experience in the machine engineering industry is advantageous.
Solution‑oriented, assertive, communicative, with strong German language skills; English is a plus.
