About the role

Act as the single point of contact for fast‑scaling tech companies, supporting them with day‑to‑day legal needs. Advise innovative entrepreneurs on how to mitigate regulatory impact on their products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor for rapidly growing technology firms.
• Provide regulatory guidance to entrepreneurs to reduce legal risk.
• Collaborate with other tech counsels to develop practice areas such as contracts, IP, and digital regulations.
• Own client relationships, projects, and decision‑making while shaping your own work style.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in German and English.
• Admission to the Swiss bar.
• Strong interest in technology and digital business models.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
