Technical Lead (Network & Security)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive network and security services for our Swiss customers. The role combines hands‑on engineering with service‑management responsibilities, acting as the primary interface between customers, offshore teams and OEM support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service delivery for assigned contracts and act as the main customer contact.
• Coordinate technical escalations with offshore teams and OEM support.
• Lead 24/7 operations, including Major Incident Management (MIM) calls.
• Provide guidance to L1/L2 support teams and maintain documentation.
• Ensure service management follows ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Report network status to key stakeholders.
• Design, implement and migrate high‑level and low‑level network solutions.
• Oversee scheduled upgrades, firmware updates and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in network design, implementation and support.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL service‑management practices.
• Experience working with global MPLS/SD‑WAN projects.
