About the role
The Technical Lead, Product Artwork will drive technical innovation and automation within the Product Artwork team, ensuring operational excellence and supporting the delivery of high‑quality pharmaceutical packaging.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject‑matter expert for coordinating and troubleshooting all technical aspects of product artwork.
- Support automation initiatives in the artwork management system (ArcTiC/Esko) and develop automated artwork templates.
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs, supply chain, IT, packaging sites and external partners to ensure compliance and seamless integration.
- Provide technical support and training to team members and business partners.
- Establish KPIs, benchmark best practices and manage technical and automation risks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in Engineering, Graphic Design, Supply Chain or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, focusing on artwork, labeling or packaging design.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for artwork, packaging and labeling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and influence cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro.
- Experience with ArcTiC or Esko artwork management systems.
- Technical troubleshooting and automation of artwork templates.
