Technical Process Technology & Validation Intern

About the role

Join Haleon's Technical team at the Nyon site as a Technical Process Technology & Validation Intern. You will support the implementation of new manufacturing and cleaning technologies, including digital and modelling solutions, while gaining hands‑on experience in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Map and simplify processes, data flows and technical requirements to identify opportunities for standardisation, automation and robustness.
• Support process and cleaning development trials, handling preparation, execution, sampling coordination, data collection and interpretation.
• Contribute to validation activities through risk assessments, scientific rationales, protocol reports and traceable documentation under SME supervision.
• Analyse manufacturing, cleaning and validation data using statistical tools and communicate conclusions to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify and structure complex technical problems.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and proficient in English, with good communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with at least one analytical or modelling tool such as Python, MATLAB, R or Minitab.
