Technical Process Technology & Validation Internship

About the role

Join Haleon's Technical team at the Nyon site as a Technical Process Technology & Validation Intern. You will support the implementation of new manufacturing and cleaning technologies, contributing to safe, compliant, and robust processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of new manufacturing and cleaning technologies, including digital and modelling solutions.
• Map and simplify processes, data flows, and technical requirements to identify opportunities for standardisation, automation and robustness.
• Assist in process and cleaning development trials, handling preparation, execution, sampling coordination, data collection and interpretation.
• Contribute to validation activities through risk assessments, scientific rationales, protocol reports and traceable documentation under supervision.
• Analyse manufacturing, cleaning and validation data using statistical tools and communicate conclusions to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to simplify and structure complex technical problems.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and proficient in English.
• Curious, agile and pragmatic with interest in manufacturing, process control, cleaning technologies and validation in a regulated environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with at least one analytical or modelling tool such as Python, MATLAB, R or Minitab.
