Technical Trainer (After Sales)

About the role

Luminator Technology Group, a global provider of transportation solutions, is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for after‑sales employees, field service technicians, support teams, service partners and customers. The role ensures that all participants have the knowledge and skills to install, operate, maintain, troubleshoot and support Luminator products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, work instructions and e‑learning content.
• Deliver classroom, virtual and hands‑on technical training for service technicians, field engineers, support specialists, customers and partners.
• Support product launches and new technology roll‑outs by creating and delivering targeted training programmes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations and feedback, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Education, Business or a related field.
• Experience in technical training, field service, technical support or aftermarket operations, preferably in manufacturing, transportation or technology.
• Fluent English and German.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms.
• Ability to create engaging e‑learning and technical learning materials.
