Technology Strategy Associate

About the role

The Technology Strategy Associate will support and shape Verisure’s technology strategy across a wide range of initiatives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will combine strategic analysis, problem‑solving and hands‑on execution within a fast‑paced, global technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of Verisure’s technology strategy.
• Support strategic initiatives such as AI transformation, vendor evaluations and technology acceleration.
• Build business cases, perform analysis and aid decision‑making for major programmes.
• Collaborate with Technology, Business, Procurement, Finance and Legal stakeholders.
• Participate in cross‑functional strategic projects and governance activities.
• Translate complex information into clear presentations and recommendations for leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, technology, engineering, strategy or similar fields.
• Proactive, independent and flexible working style with fluency in English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to structure information and balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Experience in fast‑paced technology organisations or consulting environments is highly valued.
• Good business understanding, stakeholder management capabilities and commercial awareness.
