Telemedicine Medical Doctor (Adult & Pediatric)

About the role

QuickMed, the Swiss telemedicine platform, is seeking a licensed Medical Doctor to deliver audio and video consultations for adult and pediatric patients. Based in the Zürich Metropolitan Area, you will work on‑site while providing remote care that meets Swiss clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telemedicine consultations, assess histories and perform remote clinical evaluations.
• Establish diagnoses and create evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Issue electronic prescriptions, referrals for labs, imaging and specialist visits.
• Document all encounters in compliance with Swiss regulatory and data‑protection rules.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimise patient flow and improve telemedicine protocols.
• Advise patients on follow‑up care, prevention and when in‑person evaluation is required.

Required profile

• FMH‑licensed physician (or equivalent) authorized to practice in Switzerland.
• Specialisation in internal medicine, general practice or pediatrics.
• Strong diagnostic skills for common acute and chronic conditions in adults and children.
• Fluency in at least one official Swiss language and good command of English.
• Understanding of Swiss healthcare system, insurance coverage and relevant regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with secure e‑prescribing and referral tools.
