Tennis Trainer and Activity Leader (Summer Camp)

About the role

Join Alpadia Language Schools for a dynamic summer experience as a Tennis Trainer and Activity Leader. You will work with international teenagers aged 13‑17, combining sport coaching with language immersion in a vibrant camp setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tennis training sessions three times a week, ensuring safety and skill development.
• Design and guide daily excursions for groups of 20‑40 participants.
• Support students' social, emotional, and cultural growth through structured activities.
• Perform child safeguarding, risk management, and attendance checks.
• Assist with wake‑up, bedtime routines, and lead evening camp programs.

Required profile

• Professional experience coaching tennis.
• Proven experience working with children or young people.
• German proficiency at B1‑B2 level (spoken) and fluency in English.
• High physical, mental and emotional resilience.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced team.
• Comfort speaking in front of large groups.
• Availability for the full 5‑week period (June 27 – August 2).
