Ticket Sales Account Coordinator

About the role

The Ticket Sales Account Coordinator will manage ticket sales processes for key client groups—including sponsors, broadcasters, UEFA member associations and clubs—across UEFA EURO 2028, club competition finals and Nations League finals. The role blends administrative precision with strong communication to ensure seamless ticket distribution and post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Discuss and agree on ticket sales and post‑sales processes with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Identify and relay post‑sales requirements to relevant teams for each client group.
• Provide ongoing ticketing support to internal teams and clients throughout the season.
• Handle back‑office tasks such as invoicing and payment processing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by end users.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor seating and ticket distribution deliverables.
• Draft communications and presentations related to ticket sales.
• Create and execute test cases for online ticket sales and post‑sales processes.
• Perform ad‑hoc ticketing tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in ticketing for sport events.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sports management or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Switzerland or France.
• Excellent attention to detail, structured working approach and ability to multitask under high workload.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of SecuTix S‑360 ticketing system (strong plus).
• Familiarity with SecuTix S‑mobile platform (strong plus).
