Tourism & Operations Internship in Regensdorf

About the role

Join Indie Campers as a Tourism & Operations Intern at our Zurich depot in Regensdorf. You will be the welcoming face of the brand, helping guests start and finish their road‑trip adventures while gaining hands‑on experience in the tourism and campervan rental industry.

Key responsibilities

• Perform front‑office duties: check‑ins, check‑outs, guest registration, payment processing and explaining vehicle features.
• Handle back‑office tasks: align reservations with available campervans, prepare vehicles and road‑trip kits, and ensure quality control.
• Maintain campervan condition, flag maintenance or repair needs, and support fleet coordination.
• Assist the team with stock monitoring, troubleshooting operational issues and coordinating supplies.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in English, eligible to work in Switzerland and holds a valid driver’s licence for manual and automatic vehicles.
• Enjoys international environments, meeting new cultures and delivering excellent customer service.
• Problem‑solver who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on setting.
