About the role
The reception team of the 25hours Hotel Zürich West welcomes guests from check-in to their departure and is looking for a trainee to join the Front Office team for 6 months. The position is offered on a 4-day week, with three days off each week.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Front Office team in all matters
- Maintain a smooth process at the reception and be service-oriented
- Create a memorable guest experience together with the FO team
Required profile
- Student at a Swiss hospitality school
- Speaks English and German
- Flexible, warm and welcoming attitude towards guests; personality counts more than the CV
- First front office experience is an advantage
