Trainer – Education & User Support for Medical Devices

About the role

Ayus Medical Devices is looking for a dedicated Trainer to lead education and user‑support activities for its proprietary Inuspheresis® therapy. You will ensure that partner clinics worldwide are fully competent in using the technology and that treatment quality remains consistently high.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site onboarding and refresher training for network partners across the international network and at the Ayus Medical Clinic in Basel.
• Act as the primary contact on the user‑support hotline, resolve routine cases and participate in an on‑call rotation.
• Verify treatment quality at partner sites through structured follow‑ups.
• Adapt and improve training materials for specific audiences and sessions.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Training & Education, Service Technicians and Operations teams.
• Support device installation, commissioning and basic troubleshooting when needed.

Required profile

• Medical training background (nurse, doctor or paramedic) with proven cannulation skills.
• Experience in healthcare or medical‑device training, or strong motivation to train others.
• Proven ability to organise and conduct training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; able to work independently and manage extensive international travel.
• Fluent in German and English (both mandatory).
• Valid passport, unrestricted international travel eligibility, and a category B driver’s licence.
