Travel Coordinator

About the role

The Travel Coordinator will own end‑to‑end executive, VIP and team travel arrangements for the Audi Revolut F1® Team, based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland. This role ensures seamless planning, coordination and delivery of complex international travel across global engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex international itineraries, including commercial flights, private aviation, premium airport services, accommodation, ground transport and special requests.
• Act as the dedicated travel contact for VIP team personnel, providing proactive advisory, discreet support and personalized service.
• Ensure compliance with visa, immigration and internal travel policies, and handle last‑minute changes or disruptions.
• Track travel costs, verify supplier invoices and maintain financial transparency.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, travel providers and service partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive, VIP or corporate travel management, preferably in an international, high‑performance environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and high‑profile travellers.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Experience with travel booking platforms and travel management or project management systems.
