Treasury Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Treasury Manager to join our Finance Department in Fribourg. You will be responsible for managing the company’s financial assets and liabilities, ensuring optimal liquidity, mitigating risk, and supporting strategic financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize domestic cash pooling and manage sweep limits in line with bank cut‑offs.
• Oversee domestic credit facilities, intercompany netting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Administer bank accounts, signatory mandates, and intercompany financial flows, including loans and external borrowings.
• Monitor dividend repatriation, open financial positions (investments, borrowings, FX hedging) and maintain treasury dashboards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Group Treasury, Tax, Legal, AP, AR and operations to align treasury activities with company objectives.
• Support the setup of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and explore new treasury technologies, automation and digitalisation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, regulations and support internal and external audits.
