UX Designer – Interaction Design (Immediate Joiner)

About the role

Join a leading dental and oral health manufacturer that is building a new cloud platform to modernise dental services worldwide. As a UX Designer you will own the end‑to‑end user experience, turning complex clinical and engineering workflows into intuitive digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive UX from problem definition through concept, validation, detailed design, handover and implementation follow‑up.
• Collaborate with UX teammates and stakeholders to scope requirements and define user journeys.
• Create research‑informed wireframes, interactive prototypes and design specifications.
• Work with development and design‑system teams to translate concepts into reusable Figma components and ensure quality during implementation.
• Partner with product managers, software engineers, clinical experts and architects to integrate design solutions into the clinical application.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and advances in dental care to continuously improve the experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX, HCI or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience as a UX/product or interaction designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership.
• Proven experience designing complex, workflow‑driven B2B applications, preferably in clinical, medical, CAD/3D or engineering domains.
• Experience working in a global, multidisciplinary team and applying UCD methods such as personas, journeys and prototyping.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with fluency in Business English.
