Vice President, Global Program Head – Dermatology & Immunology

About the role

Incyte is seeking a Vice President, Global Program Head to lead early‑stage dermatology and immunology programs. The role drives integrated product development strategy, aligning clinical, regulatory, CMC, and commercial plans with corporate priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute global development strategy for assigned assets, maximizing value.
• Develop integrated product development plans covering clinical, CMC, and commercial targets.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through strategic planning, risk management, and execution.
• Partner with Project Management to monitor timelines, budgets, and resources, escalating risks as needed.
• Ensure appropriate expertise is embedded across functions and address resource gaps.
• Foster a high‑performing, collaborative team environment and promote an enterprise‑first mindset.
• Identify risks and opportunities to reduce cycle times and maintain accurate program documentation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in global drug development, preferably in dermatology or immunology.
• Strong track record of delivering programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Ability to influence and align multi‑disciplinary teams across functions.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making skills at the executive level.
