Vice President, Global Program Head – Dermatology & Immunology

About the role

The Vice President, Global Program Head will lead Incyte’s early‑stage dermatology and immunology programs, shaping integrated product development strategies that align with corporate priorities. This senior leader will drive cross‑functional execution, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global development strategy for assigned dermatology and immunology assets, maximizing overall value.
• Develop integrated product development plans covering clinical, CMC/pharmaceutical, and commercial target product profiles.
• Ensure alignment of program plans with corporate strategy, therapy‑area priorities, and timelines.
• Deliver programs on schedule, within budget, and meeting required quality benchmarks.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through strategic planning, risk identification, mitigation, and escalation.
• Partner with Project Management to maintain robust risk‑management plans and track progress.
• Collaborate across clinical, regulatory, CMC, commercial, pre‑clinical, and operations functions to embed expertise and make high‑quality decisions.
• Inspire and manage high‑performing teams, fostering accountability, enterprise‑first mindset, and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead global development strategy for early‑stage therapeutic programs.
• Experience delivering complex programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and leadership skills across clinical, regulatory, CMC, and commercial domains.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management, issue escalation, and resource planning.
• Strategic mindset with the capacity to align program goals to broader corporate objectives.
