Vice President Integrated Supply Chain

About the role

DuPont is seeking a visionary executive to lead the design and execution of an AI‑enabled, enterprise‑wide supply chain. Reporting to the SVP, Chief Operations & Engineering Officer, the Vice President Integrated Supply Chain will shape the future operating model, improve customer experience, and drive working‑capital efficiency across all lines of business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the integrated supply chain strategy, aligning it with growth, commercial and operational excellence goals.
• Design and deploy a modern end‑to‑end operating model, clarifying decision rights, governance and performance metrics.
• Lead the creation and execution of a bold AI and digital roadmap, embedding advanced analytics, predictive insights and automation into supply chain decisions.
• Partner with senior leaders in operations, commercial and technology to improve planning accuracy, on‑time‑in‑full delivery and logistics efficiency.
• Build and manage a high‑impact Supply Chain Center of Excellence that establishes standards, best practices and capability development.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience in global supply chain management, preferably in a complex, multi‑business environment.
• Proven track record of driving large‑scale transformation initiatives that deliver measurable performance improvements.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to influence C‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to solve operational challenges.
