Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Labcorp is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join its Geneva team. You will support the receipt, storage, and distribution of laboratory materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive materials, verify quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and condition against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Enter daily receipt data into the PeopleSoft database, including lot numbers, expiration dates, and quantities.
• Store items in appropriate warehouse locations following storage requirements and internal procedures.
• Maintain stock levels, communicate replenishment needs, and support internal department orders.
• Prepare and dispatch shipments, including packing, labeling, and coordinating with approved carriers.
• Participate in cycle counts and full physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipment issues and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, laboratories, and other stakeholders to sustain an efficient supply chain.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety rules, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• CFC Magasinier/Magasinière qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Ability to work accurately in a regulated environment.

Required skills

• PeopleSoft database proficiency.
