Web Application Developer (Enterprise Interface Specialist)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Web Application Developer to join a long‑term enterprise project in Basel. This fixed‑term position lasts three years with a possible extension and focuses on building secure, scalable, and high‑performance web front‑ends for corporate‑level applications.

Key responsibilities

• Transform UI/UX designs and interactive mockups into modular, reusable, and testable frontend code.
• Develop fluid, responsive interfaces that work consistently across major browsers and device types.
• Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and SOAP XML services, ensuring secure data exchange.
• Embed telemetry and monitoring tools to capture performance metrics and client‑side errors.
• Implement federated authentication flows, managing secure token storage and session validation.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of enterprise‑grade frontend development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Angular 14+ and/or React.js.
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript, modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap 5+, Angular Material, and Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less) and responsive design principles.
