Working Student Market Management (60%-80%) – 6 Months

About the role

Zurich is looking for a Working Student for its Commercial Insurance Market Management team, part of the global Customer, Distribution and Market Management function. The team works closely with global and local teams, combining hands-on marketing activation with research and thought leadership. The role is part-time (60% to 80%), lasts 6 months and is based in Zurich.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, plan and execute the global customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) project and other customer or broker research initiatives for Commercial Insurance, including coordinating study rollouts with the Global Customer Office insights function and providing feedback on questionnaires and surveys
• Lead internal communication for the project and monitor the roll-out, troubleshooting issues during fieldwork
• Turn findings into action with global and local colleagues and support budget, invoice and supplier tracking
• Run and improve the quarterly market management reporting
• Coordinate internal and external events and webinars, both logistics and content
• Help create and distribute risk insights content and shape the content plan for the Commercial Insurance LinkedIn channel
• Contribute to and lead distribution and sales enablement projects such as the LinkedIn advocacy programme, and take on ad-hoc projects

Required profile

• Excellent English, with strong presentation and communication skills
• Analytic and problem-solving skills, and a strong interest in project management of global projects with many stakeholders
• Team orientation and ability to work with colleagues at all levels
• Interests across marketing, analytics, insights and project management
• Curiosity and motivation to simplify, innovate and challenge the status quo

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
