Customer Journey & OUR BEST Programme Intern

About the role

Join MSC Cruises for a hands‑on internship focused on analytics, performance tracking and insight generation across two strategic areas: the Customer Journey and the OUR BEST Programme. You will work closely with the Customer Journey and HR teams to turn data into actionable recommendations that improve both guest and employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support recurring Customer Journey analyses, including canvas‑based reviews, ship‑by‑ship mid‑season studies and committee deliverables.
• Conduct ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses on guest segments, nationalities or specific ships as requested by management.
• Prepare data extractions, charts, tables and first‑level analytical outputs using standardised templates.
• Maintain analysis trackers, ensure version control and monitor action‑plan progress.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks for the OUR BEST programme, consolidating data from employee surveys, NPS, training feedback and guest indicators.
• Build, update and maintain dashboards to monitor programme performance and produce regular performance reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (or recent graduate) in Business, Data Analytics, Hospitality or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience or familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau (a plus).
