Digital Marketing Executive – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join the Kulm Group to shape the digital presence of two iconic Swiss Alpine hotels. As a Digital Marketing Executive you will support the CRM & Digital Platforms Manager in maintaining and enhancing the brand’s online ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update hotel websites, manage content, support SEO hygiene and ensure a seamless user journey.
• Manage online listings on OTAs and partner platforms, keep information consistent and oversee reputation on TrustYou, TripAdvisor and Google.
• Administer the Bynder digital asset system, organise visual assets and coordinate photoshoots from preparation to delivery.
• Support data consolidation for monthly performance reports and assist with reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the Brand and Commercial team, prepare meetings and facilitate cross‑departmental workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, business administration or a related field.
• Initial practical experience in digital marketing, website or online platform management.
• Structured, precise and reliable work style with a strong eye for detail and brand aesthetics.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German and Italian are a strong asset.

Required skills

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Familiarity with Bynder digital asset management.
• Understanding of SEO principles.
