Director of End-to-End Supply Chain – Herbicides

About the role

The Director, End-to-End Supply Chain leads the global strategy, governance and performance of the supply chain for FMC's herbicide portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain, the role ensures service excellence, cost competitiveness and optimal working capital across demand planning, sourcing, manufacturing and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead demand and supply planning to ensure service levels, capacity, and continuity.
• Drive inventory optimization and working‑capital improvement while protecting customer service.
• Optimize manufacturing networks, asset utilization and operational performance.
• Improve logistics and distribution efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Establish governance, performance metrics and accountability across the supply chain organization.
• Lead digital transformation, advanced planning and process‑standardisation initiatives.
• Manage supply‑chain contribution to profitability, cost performance and working capital.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of supply‑chain, operations or planning experience in a regulated environment, preferably agro‑chemical or crop‑protection.
• Proven leadership of a global, matrix‑ed end‑to‑end supply chain.
• Demonstrated success in large‑scale network design and supply‑chain optimisation.
• Strong financial acumen with direct impact on P&L and working capital.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, including scenario modelling and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of complex regulatory and compliance environments.

• APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
