Fullstack Web3 Senior Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Web3 Developer to join a fast‑growing international tech team. You will work on cutting‑edge blockchain and decentralized applications for clients in luxury, media, and emerging tech sectors, while enjoying a fully remote, flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend components for Web3, blockchain, and eCommerce‑related solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps to improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and system reliability.
• Refactor and optimise existing codebases to reduce technical debt and enhance scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Write, test, and maintain high‑quality code with a focus on performance and long‑term stability.
• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture discussions, and best‑practice guidelines.
• Participate in release management and ensure smooth deployment cycles.
• Work within agile, distributed teams and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a frontend, backend, or full‑stack developer.
• Strong hands‑on experience with modern blockchain and Web3 technologies.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, scalable application development, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with version control, release management, and automated testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and close collaboration with DevOps.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent English communication; French is a strong advantage, German a plus.
• Analytical mindset, independent work style, and ability to thrive in multicultural, distributed teams.
• Based in Europe or neighboring countries.
