Graphic & Multimedia Designer

About the role

MATISA is seeking a Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join its Marketing & Communication team. You will translate technical railway maintenance products and ideas into clear, engaging visual content for print, digital, video and event formats.

Key responsibilities

• Create print and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, technical sheets, signage and corporate content.
• Develop visual concepts for products, marketing campaigns, trade fairs and corporate communication.
• Produce and edit photo and video content on‑site and during events, adapting multimedia for digital, corporate and exhibition use.
• Design and maintain corporate templates, marketing documentation and exhibition/booth layouts for international trade fairs.
• Generate 2D technical illustrations from engineering data and contribute to animation, immersive content and 3D visualisation projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, communication agencies and specialised external partners.

Required profile

• Degree or qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in an industrial, B2B or agency environment.
• Fluent French with strong English skills.
• Ability to understand complex industrial products and turn them into simple, attractive visual stories.
• Autonomous work style, managing several projects in parallel with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Photography, video shooting and post‑production.
• Professional audiovisual equipment (cameras, GoPro, Insta360, microphones, lighting).
• Knowledge of digital media formats, video formats and print production.
• Figma (advantage).
