Senior Visual Merchandising Specialist – VM Guideline Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Senior Visual Merchandising Specialist to own and elevate global VM guidelines and visual tools across DTC, B2B, and showroom environments. Reporting to the VM leadership team, you will translate editorial concepts into high‑quality 2D graphics and 3D renders, building scalable guidelines that ensure a consistent brand aesthetic worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage global Visual Merchandising guidelines, toolkits, and standards for all market channels.
• Translate editorial and seasonal concepts into immersive 2D layouts and 3D renders to visualize spatial layouts and zoning.
• Collaborate with Head of VM and Senior Lead DTC VM to design core VM tools, presentations, and training assets.
• Partner with Area VM Leads to guide on‑ground execution, resolve design queries, and ensure regional alignment.
• Build strong relationships with DTC, Merchandising, and Buying teams to reflect product strategies and commercial priorities in VM communications.
• Maintain the Global VM reporting deck, delivering accurate and timely updates for all DTC store formats.

Required profile

• University degree in Editorial Design, Interior Design or related field with at least 4 years of experience in 2D graphic or 3D spatial design.
• Proven ability to blend creative thinking with strategic planning to create scalable design frameworks.
• Strong project‑management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent collaborative communication, capable of building relationships across merchandising, buying and field teams.
• Self‑motivated problem‑solver with a passion for visual merchandising, fashion and retail innovation.
