National Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a National Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of high‑value B2B customers in Switzerland. You will build trusted relationships with senior and C‑level stakeholders, using a consultative sales approach to increase retention, expand contracts, and introduce relevant SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to maximise client retention, contract upgrades and product sales.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with C‑level executives across assigned accounts.
• Create and execute tailored account plans and sales campaigns to identify expansion opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams to optimise customers' use of products and services.
• Maintain accurate account, contact and activity information in the CRM.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, recruitment or a related B2B environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial objectives.
• Strong consultative and solution‑selling capabilities with multiple stakeholder involvement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
