Onsite Support Engineer – French

About the role

We are looking for an Onsite Support Engineer who will provide French‑language IT assistance directly at customer sites. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software, managing devices and user accounts, and delivering premium support to VIP users.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face desktop support, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Perform IMACD activities: install, move, add, change, and dispose of devices, and coordinate workstation setups for new hires.
• Manage device inventory, update the CMDB, and coordinate repairs and warranty replacements.
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft Entra ID, handling password resets and MFA support.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in ServiceNow while meeting SLA commitments.
• Support endpoint security, antivirus, patch compliance, and report security incidents.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and documentation of incidents and asset changes.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Intune device management.
• ServiceNow ticketing platform.
• VPN configuration and basic networking concepts.
• Collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
