Risk Manager – Digital Asset Trading

About the role

We are seeking a Risk Manager to lead risk management activities in a fast‑paced digital asset trading environment. You will own the identification, assessment, and mitigation of market, credit, and operational risks across both existing and emerging crypto trading activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and manage market, credit, and operational risks across digital‑asset trading.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance risk‑monitoring tools to track exposures.
• Design, implement, and test operational risk controls.
• Create and improve policies, procedures, and methodologies for complex financial and crypto‑related risks.
• Analyze market developments and contribute to risk‑model evolution.
• Conduct risk control self‑assessments and evaluate potential impact.
• Collaborate with Trading, Finance, and Compliance teams for aligned risk oversight.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in financial risk management, preferably in proprietary trading or digital‑asset environments.
• Strong understanding of digital‑asset markets, exchanges, custodians, and DeFi ecosystems.
• Solid quantitative background (statistics, physics, mathematics, or financial engineering).
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex risk concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, self‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
