Seasonal Security Officer for Luxury Dinner Show

About the role

We are seeking seasonal security staff for the Billionaire Dinner Show at the Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski in St. Moritz. The role involves protecting VVIP guests, performers and staff during the high‑end dinner and entertainment events throughout the 2026/2027 winter season.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of international VVIP guests, performers and hotel staff with discretion.
• Monitor entrances and VIP areas throughout the dinner show and subsequent events.
• Conduct regular patrols, secure escape routes and rescue paths.
• Handle conflict situations courteously while adhering to internal service standards.
• Act as the first point of contact for medical emergencies or security incidents, coordinating with hotel management and local authorities.
• Provide support to other departments such as valet parking when required.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in security within luxury hotels, high‑end events or personal protection.
• Impeccable reputation (current criminal record check required) and preferably training in first aid/BLS‑AED.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages (Italian, French, Russian) are a strong advantage.
• Excellent manners, well‑groomed appearance and a service‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends during the winter season.
