Senior Consultant – HR SAP SuccessFactors

About the role

Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting practice in Switzerland helps leading organisations transform their HR operating models and adopt cutting‑edge technology. As a Senior Consultant you will act as a trusted advisor on SAP SuccessFactors projects, supporting clients in designing, configuring and deploying HR solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design, configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules across core HR, talent management, learning, compensation or analytics.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key client stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for complex, high‑value engagements.
• Translate client business challenges into innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions that improve talent acquisition, performance management, learning and organisational effectiveness.
• Establish best‑practice implementation approaches, optimise configurations and ensure successful adoption.
• Develop thought‑leadership content on HR technology trends and represent Deloitte at industry events.
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of the SAP SuccessFactors practice in Switzerland.

Required profile

• University degree (advanced degree such as Master’s or MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, including configuration and deployment.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Analytics).
• Strong understanding of HR processes, organisational structures and how technology enables transformation.
• Fluent in English and German; additional language skills (e.g., French) are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally as required.
