Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

This senior position is focused on performance‑driven digital marketing for a Swiss‑based partner of an international Australian business. You will own paid search, SEO and contribute to paid social, content and website optimisation, working remotely while collaborating across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, controlling budgets against CPL and CPS targets.
• Develop and execute technical, on‑page, content and off‑page SEO initiatives.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking, lead attribution, reporting and performance measurement.
• Support paid social campaigns via Meta Ads Manager and create copy for ads, blogs, landing pages and organic social.
• Maintain website content, landing pages, forms and tracking systems, and drive conversion‑rate optimisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with measurable ROI.
• Proven ability to manage multiple channels, campaigns and deadlines independently.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and performance‑optimization skills.
