Senior Management Consultant – Supply Chain Planning

About the role

As a Management Consultant you will work with leading organisations on complex supply‑chain transformation projects, taking ownership of workstreams and collaborating across an international network.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end supply chain planning processes, including demand and supply planning, forecasting, S&OP/IBP, inventory optimisation and scenario planning.
• Analyse supply chain networks and processes using data‑driven approaches and develop concepts to improve performance.
• Support implementation of state‑of‑the‑art supply chain planning solutions, including change and project management.
• Drive initiatives in working capital optimisation, inventory reduction, service‑level improvement and operational performance.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders and translate complex business challenges into practical, sustainable solutions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or a supply‑chain‑related role.
• Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and planning concepts.
• Experience managing project workstreams and collaborating with clients.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
