Senior Product Designer – FinTech (Remote, Switzerland)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape digital products in a fast‑moving FinTech environment. Based in Switzerland and working fully remote, you will own projects from problem definition through design, implementation, and quality review, focusing on complex financial workflows and scalable design systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design new features, pages, and multi‑step user flows for desktop and mobile, ensuring consistency across devices.
• Improve existing experiences using user research, product data, and customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain large‑scale design systems, including components, variants, patterns, design tokens and documentation.
• Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed design specifications for development and support implementation through design reviews.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, Engineering, and QA teams, balancing user needs with commercial and technical constraints.
• Leverage AI tools to automate routine design tasks while maintaining human‑led product judgment.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience as a Senior Product Designer on customer‑facing products, with a strong portfolio that explains problem, role, constraints, decisions and outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to design complex multi‑step workflows, dashboards, forms and data‑intensive interfaces.
• Experience working independently from problem definition through implementation and review.
• Exceptional attention to detail, consistency, usability and overall design quality.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables).
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining large‑scale design systems and component libraries.
• Practical knowledge of design tokens and responsive design principles.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and present design solutions effectively.
• Use of AI tools to streamline design workflows without compromising quality.
