360 Talent Acquisition Consultant – Life Sciences Recruitment (Permanent)

About the role

We are expanding our team of recruitment professionals to serve Europe’s leading Life Science companies. In this permanent position you will own the full recruitment process, delivering world‑class service to both clients and candidates while developing your own expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and place high‑quality professionals within the Life Sciences sector across Switzerland.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Pharma, Biotech and Medical Devices.
• Attend industry events and develop long‑term networks with candidates and clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership, sharing ideas and supporting the team.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably permanent placement.
• Proven commercial acumen and consultative selling ability.
• Track record of successfully sourcing and placing talent, including cross‑border placements.
• Strong drive to create outstanding experiences for clients and candidates.
• Professional fluency in German (must‑have) and English; French or Italian a plus.
• EU or Swiss work permit.
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
