Drama Teacher – Middle School

About the role

The Collège du Léman, part of the Nord Anglia Education family, is seeking a passionate Drama Teacher for its middle‑school (secondary) students. You will join a vibrant international community, delivering engaging drama lessons in both English and French, and supporting extracurricular theatre productions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess drama curriculum for middle‑school classes.
• Manage classroom dynamics, fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
• Lead and coordinate school theatre productions and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to integrate drama into interdisciplinary projects.
• Maintain child‑protection standards and uphold diversity and inclusion policies.

Required profile

• University degree in secondary education, preferably with a PGCE in Drama or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching drama in a classroom setting.
• Native‑level English proficiency; bilingual French/English candidates are highly valued.
• Strong classroom management, organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to child protection, diversity, and professional conduct.

Required skills
