EIC Engineering Manager

About the role

Lead and coordinate all Electrical, Instrumentation & Control (EIC) activities for turnkey or consortium partner projects at Kanadevia Inova, a global leader in waste‑to‑X technology. You will be the main point of contact for clients, suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring engineering deliverables meet quality, schedule and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team across multiple locations.
• Drive procurement activities, including supplier selection, technical bid evaluation and contract scope reviews.
• Oversee engineering documentation, project schedules, budgets and construction‑related deliverables.
• Identify technical, commercial and schedule risks and proactively implement mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, operational and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in industrial electrical and control systems with solid process knowledge.
• Several years of experience in multidisciplinary project environments.
• Proven experience managing suppliers and procuring complex systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving, interface management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
